direct listing of commercial property available for lease. Ads are made available via
the Site, Application and Service by owners. Ads posted by owners or on behalf of owners
by others and the profile information of owners and users are visible to any sidespace
user.
When you create a sidespace account, we will set up a sidespace
account profile page for you. Your sidespace account profile page will include your name
and other details. You can select the other items of personal information that you wish
to be included in your sidespace account profile page. ("Profile Information"). We will
display your profile information on your Ads publicly via the Site and Application and,
with your prior permission, on third party sites. Any information you choose to provide
as part of your profile information will be publicly visible to all sidespace users and
consequently you should reflect upon how much you want other sidespace users to know
about you. You should guard your anonymity and sensitive information and we encourage
you to carefully consider what information you disclose in your profile page(s).
If you post an Ad, sidespace may publish that Ad publicly via the
Site and Application and may enable third parties to publish your Ad on their websites
through the use of a HTML "widget". sidespace may also display the geographical location
of your listing in the form of a map so that potential tenants can see the general area
and neighbourhood of your listing.
You generally have a right to access your personal information. If
you wish to access your personal information please contact us at the address at the
foot of this document. Please remember to provide as much detail as you can as this will
help us to find the information. There is no charge for this service.
If you choose not to provide personal information when requested,
sidespace may not be able to provide you with the full range of sidespace services.
When you visit a website or use an application on sidespace,
sidespace records anonymous information such as IP address, time, date, referring url,
pages accessed and documents downloaded, type of browser and operating system.
sidespace also uses "cookies". A cookie is a small file that
stays on your computer until, depending on whether it is a sessional or persistent

be used in some of our emails to let us know which emails and links have been opened by
